Download BUAL app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Start the app and do the signup online.

What Androids do you support?

Android operating systems version 1.6 and above.

What Apple products do you support?

iPhones with iOS version 3.1.3 and above.

Does BUAL work on the iPad?

No. BUAL will only works with iPhone.

Are software upgrades performed automatically or do I have to perform them manually?

Please set software update automatically in your phone. BUAL app will update accordingly when there is an update.

What countries can I download and register to use BUAL service?

Any country! You can download and register your BUAL service anywhere in the world as long as you can receive your password through sms to activate your account.

Can the VoIP call option sometimes have poor voice quality?

VoIP call quality is dependent on the internet connection strength on your phone (whether connected to data over mobile carrier’s GPRS/2G/3G/4G network or connected to WiFi). Some carriers can have poor 3G connectivity which can take a toll on the VoIP call quality and hence we strongly recommend to make VoIP calls when connected to WiFi for good VoIP call quality.

How do I see my call history?

For the Android smartphone and iPhone, click the clock icon button at the bottom of the dialer.

Where do I go to manage the settings?

Android: Click the 3 dots below the dialer. iPhone: Click the 3 dots below the dialer.

Can I change the languages on BUAL?

Currently only English is supported.

I've already started my BUAL app but I still cannot get connected?

Your phone must be connected to internet through Wifi or GPRS/2G3G/4G data packet in order to use the app.

Why there is a delay and echo when I use the app to make calls. Sometimes both parties cannot hear our voices?

For Wifi & GPRS/2G/3G/4G, our system and app are totally rely on how good is your internet connection. If your internet connection is good, you will see the outcome in the voice clarity.

When is my BUAL credit expiry date?

Your credit does not have any expiry date. You can use it as long as you have credit balance to make a call.

Where can I buy the Reload Card?

We do not produce reload card. You can buy the recharge through online using your debit/credit card in the app itself or through the website.

Can BUAL app be used in other countries?

Yes you can. You can use internet connection through Wifi or GPRS/2G/3G/4G to make a call while you are overseas.

How do I check my billing and update my profile?

You can click the “USER LOGIN” button at the website menu. Key in your registered mobile number using the same format during your BUAL signup process (i.e country code + mobile number : 60123456789). Enter your 4 digits password that you received through sms or IVR and click the “LOGIN” button.

How do I get a refund?

Upon download, the BUAL App is non-refundable, and no refunds or other compensation will be given for unused airtime balances, if any.

What if I did not receive the credit I purchased?

Please contact our support and provide the detail. We will investigate and come back within 24 hours.

Becoming a BUAL reseller is simple. Fill out the form found in the website and a BUAL account manager will contact you as soon as possible.
