"Credit Recharge" is a feature of the BUAL app that allows users to add credit to their BUAL account. With this feature, users can ensure they always have enough balance for BUAL-Out Calls. Here's how you can recharge your credit in the BUAL app
1. Go to "More Feats" screen (Tap the fourth icon on the navigation bar)
2. Tap on "Recharge"
3. Choose from the available options amount on the "Bual Balance" OR
4. For a custom amount, tap on "Add Credit"
5. Enter the desired amount or select from the available options, then click "Submit"
Balance Transfer" is a feature of the BUAL app that allows users to transfer credit from their BUAL account to another BUAL user's account. This feature is useful for situations where a user needs to transfer credit to another user in order to help them make a BUAL-Out Call to whoever they would like to. Here's how you can transfer your credit to another BUAL user:
1. Go to "More Feats" screen (Tap the fourth icon on the navigation bar)
2. Tap on "Recharge"
3. Tap on "Balance Transfer"
4. Enter amount or use the slider to set the amount and click "Next"
5. Select your contact that you want to transfer your credit to
6. Press confirm
"Channel" is a feature of the BUAL app that allows users to create and manage their own communication spaces. Channels are ideal for sharing updates, hosting discussions, or building communities around specific interests or topics. In the BUAL app, channels come with various customization options. They can be public or private, and users have the flexibility to restrict access based on age. Additionally, channels can be set as free or subscription-based. Here's how you can make channel in BUAL app,
1. Go to "Chat" screen (Tap the first icon on the navigation bar)
2. Tap on "New Chat" icon at the top right corner of the screen
3. Tap on "Create Channel"
4. Enter the channel name
5. Write a channel description
6. Choose whether the channel will be "Public" or "Private"
7. Set an age restriction if necessary and click "Next"
8. Select the subscription option and click "Create"
"Mobile Top-up" is a feature of the BUAL app that allows users to add money to their e-wallet. This feature is convenient for users as it can be used to pay utility bills with the wallet balance. Here’s how you can top up your BUAL eWallet
1. Go to the "More Feats" screen (tap the fourth icon on the navigation bar)
2. Tap on "BUAL eWallet"
3. Tap on "Reload"
4. Enter the amount or choose from the available options
5. Press the "Reload eWallet" button
Any BUAL user can make voice or video calls to any other user of the platform without incurring any charges. This applies to calls made from any location and at any time, as long as the users have a connection to the internet. There are three ways that you can do this.
Via In-chat Screen:
1. Go to "Chat" screen (Tap the first icon the navigation bar)
Select any user that you wish to call
2. Tap on either "Bual Call" to start a voice call or "Video" to start a video call with that user
Via Dialer Screen:
1. Go to "Call" screen (Tap the second icon on the navigation bar)
2. Tap the phone icon to choose from Bual contacts or the keypad icon to enter phone number
3. Enter number, tap on the dial button and choose either to make a voice or video call
Via User Contact Screen:
1. Go to "Contact" screen (Tap the third icon on the navigation bar)
2. Select any user under the "Bual Contacts" segment that you wish to call
3. Tap on either "Bual Call" to start a voice call or "video" to start a video call with that user
"BUAL-Out Call" is a feature that allows users to make voice calls to non-BUAL users via the public switched telephone network (PSTN). This feature allows BUAL users to reach people who do not have the BUAL app, and make calls to fixedline and mobile phone numbers. The calls are placed using the internet, but it will be connected to the PSTN number, So the call charges will be applied using our rates, different and cheaper than standard pstn call charges. There will be no roaming charges since it is VoIP or internet calls.
This feature would charge the call to the user's BUAL credit. This means that the user would need to have sufficient BUAL credit in their account in order to place a call to a non-BUAL user. The user would be able to check their remaining credit balance before placing a call, and would need to add more credit to their account if necessary. The cost of the call will be deduct from user's BUAL credit which can be recharge with our eWallet.
Via Calls Screen:
1. Go to "Calls" screen (Tap the second icon on the navigation bar)
2. Tap the keypad icon to enter phone number
3. Tap on the dial button and select "Bual-Out" to start call
Via User Contact Screen:
1. Go to "Contact" screen (Tap the third icon on the navigation bar)
2. Select from any of your contact list that you wish to call
3. Tap on "Bual-Out" to start call
"Bual Global No" is a feature of the BUAL app that allows you to use and add personal fixed-line number on your device. This number will be displayed on the recipient's screen when you make a BUAL-Out call. Other people can also reach you via your BUAL Global No when they make a Call-In. However, you are still required to register with your personal number to use the BUAL app. This is how you can get your BUAL Global No,
1. Go to "More Feats" screen (Tap the fourth icon on the navigation bar)
2. Tap on "Caller ID"
3. Click on "Get a DID"
4. Select country in "choose country"
5. Select location in "choose location"
6. In the "Choose Block" section, select a block
7. Choose your preferred number from the list of available options
